Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Shipping:

Once your order has been shipped Holistic Herbals no longer responsible or liable. Holistic Herbals is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact info@holistic-herbals.com and we will do our best to assist you.

All orders are shipped via usps so to resolve any issues please contact them directly from your tracking page.

Order processing 

Each order is fulfilled or is handmade in small batches in house. Thus, processing times are in place for all orders. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking once your package has been shipped. OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES ARE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING HOLIDAYS & BUSY TIMES - PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED. 

All products are fulfilled or HANDMADE by Holistic Herbals; thank you in advance for your patience & support.

Because all orders are shipped via USPS, they should only be in transit for 2-3 days (unless USPS is experiencing delays!) 

Cancellation:

Once an order has been placed you have until your order ships to email us if you wish to cancel your order. Customers may email info@holistic-herbals.com  to cancel orders made within the time frame. Once you receive the email with your tracking information, this means no cancellation or refund will be made as your order has been dispatched.
